The Ruby Room Casino Hotel is a fictional destination built against the grain of scale. Seventy-four keys, one restaurant, one bar, one casino salon—each cut small on purpose so that every surface could be finished properly. Deep lacquer, ruby velvet, brushed platinum and black marble run right through the casino hotel.
Nothing here is a lobby you pass through. The bar knows your drink by the second night, the counter cooks for sixteen people at a time, and the adults-only casino salon holds a handful of tables rather than a floor of them. The whole casino hotel is designed to be finished, not vast.

Our signature restaurant has no dining room. There is a single black stone counter, sixteen stools and an open kitchen on the other side of it. One short menu is served each evening, changed when the produce changes, cooked in front of you and explained by the person who cooked it—two doors from the casino hotel salon.
